- Inyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela i-dessert, kufuneka uthathe umgubo, ubisi, amanzi, imvubelo, i-powder baking, i-sugar to the dough; ukhilimu: ubisi, ukhilimu, isitashi, amanzi, ushukela, isiraphu yeziqhamo, isonka esimhlophe ngaphandle kwe-peel.
- Inyathelo 2 Qala ngokulungiselela ukhilimu. Iziqwenga ezi-3-4 zezonka (ezingenayo i-peel) kwiindawo ezincinane kakhulu.
- Inyathelo 3 Hlanganisa ubisi, ukhilimu, ushukela. Beka umlilo ocothayo.

- Isinyathelo 6 Ukuvuselela ukupheka kude kube lukhulu.
- Isinyathelo 7 Susa ukhilimu oqinileyo ukusuka kushushu uze udlulisele kwesinye isidlo. Ukuvuselela, ukupholisa, ukongeza isityalo sesiraphu kwaye ugxininise.
