- Inyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela iimbambo zeengulube sidinga iimveliso ezilandelayo: iimbambo zengulube, i-basil eyomileyo, iviniga ye-balsam, ioli yeoli, ityuwa, umnyama omnyama, igalikhi.
- Inyathelo 2 Iimbambo zeengulube zigqityiwe kwisitya, zithululelwa ngeviniga yebhasamu, ioli yeoli, ifafazwe ngetyuwa, i-pepper emnyama, i-basil eyomileyo kunye ne-garlic eqoshiwe.
- Inyathelo 3 Hlanganisa kakuhle kwaye ufake i-marinade kwiqrijini ngeyure eli-1, ngaphambi kokumboza isitya kunye nefilimu yokutya.
- Inyathelo 4 Emva koko, gaza iimbambo zeengulube kwinxalenye encinci yeoli yomnqumo kumacala onke de ukupheka (ngokushisa okukhulu malunga nemizuzu engama-15-20).
