Silungiselela isiliyidi Le saladi idibene nokufika kweendiza ezininzi, xa kusekude kumacucumber entwasahlobo kunye neetamatisi, sikhumbula isityalo esisisetyenzisiweyo njengesityalo. Njengoko siyazi iintlobo ze-radishes zininzi, ngokungafani nomsila omnyama wesintu, ama-saladi ahlala esetyenziswa ngokuluhlaza (Magellan), njengoko isakhiwo sawo kunye nesinambatho sinokuthobeka. Ukuze uvumele isaladi ibe lula, iidroti kunye noshizi zongezwa kwi-radish, kwaye igalikhi yinto engumnandi. Musa ukulibala malunga ne-vitamin salads ngexesha lokubanda!

- Inyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela isaladi uya kuyidinga: i-radish, izaqathi, i-semisolid shiese, i-garlic kunye ne-mayonnaise (yogurt yemvelo).
- Inyathelo 2 Ukwenza i-radish ibe nzima kakhulu, kufuneka idityaniswe kwaye ifakwe emanzini abandayo imizuzu eyi-15.
- Isinyathelo 3 I-Grate uze uhlabe iinqwelo kwi-grater enkulu.
- Isinyathelo 4 I-Grate ishizi kwi-grater efanayo.
- Inyathelo lesi-5 Kwi-grater efanelekileyo okanye ngokusebenzisa i-garlic yokugaya (isigxina se-clove).
- Inyathelo 6 Beka isithombo esisikiweyo kwi-grater enkulu.
- Inyathelo 7 Hlanganisa zonke izithako kwisitya, ityuwa uze udibanise ne-mayonnaise (ingatshintshwa y yogurt yendalo okanye ukhilimu omuncu).
