Amantongom ahlambulukileyo (ukucocwa lula kwesikhumba kwi-almonds, anganqunyulwa ngamanzi abilayo ngaphambili), ngoku kufuneka utyumle iisutye okanye ugaye kwi-grinder. Hlanganisa ishukela kunye namantongomane. 4. Yongeza amanzi amancinci (kufuneka ufumane i-gruel). Ngoku udibanisa ubunzima be-hazelnut kunye nelayisi kwaye wongeze iidiliya. 5.
