- Inyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela isiselo sokusela, thatha i-orange, iipleyile, iivune, iinqununu, iifumba, amakhiwane kunye neziqholo: i-cardamom, i-anise, i-cloves, i-ginger (umhlabathi okanye i-fresh).
- Inyathelo 2 Hlanganisa ii-apula kwi-peel kunye nenqununu kwaye uthathe iikhabesi zobukhulu obuphakathi.
- Inyathelo 3 Yima izithelo ezomileyo uze ucobe ngokufanelekileyo. Iimfumba kufuneka zikhutshwe kwi-mortar okanye kwi-spoon.
