- Gelatin 2 tsp.
- Amanzi 3 tbsp. l.
- Inyathelo 1 Ukuze i-curd soufflé, siza kufuna i-cottage cheese, i-honey (ushukela), ubisi, i-cocoa powder, i-gelatin.
- Inyathelo 2 Ngoko, cwina 2 tsp. i-gelatin okanye i-1 tbsp. l. kunye neesilayidi ezi-3 zeepunile zamanzi abandayo kwaye ushiye ukuhamba phambi kwemizuzu engama-30.
- Inyathelo 3 Emva kokuvusela i-gelatin, yifake kwisitya kunye nokutshisa kuze kube yilapho uchithwa uze wenze ifom efanayo, kodwa ungabilisi!
- Inyathelo 4 Bese udibanise zonke izithako kwi-blender uze udibanise kakuhle. Ukuba ungenayo ubusi, yongeza ishukela kubisi olufudumeleyo, ugxotha ukuvumela iswekile ukuba ichithe kwaye ithulule kwi-blender bowl.
- Inyathelo 5 Ufanele ufumane ubunzima obufanayo.
- Inyathelo 6 Emva koko, iimbumba zixutywe ngefilimu yokutya okanye i-cellophane kwaye zitshulule i-soufflé yethu. Susa umphefumlo kwifriji yeeyure eziyi-2-3.
