Siyibhinqa i-suluguni ushizi kwi-grater enkulu. Siphula i-coriander ehlanjwe (kungekudala kakhulu, izicucu ezilingana ne-1x1 cm). Hlanganisa i-cilantro ngeeshizi, ukuba unqwenela, unokotyuwa okanye ipilisi (andiyikucetyiswa, isidlo kunye ne-cheese kunye nepepper kuyinto enhle kakhulu). Utamatisi wam kwaye unqumle emasongweni kunye nobukhulu obuphakathi kwe-0.5 cm. Sika i-lavash ibe yizicucu zokulinganisa malunga ne-20x20 cm. Sibeka iicatato kwicala lesonka. Phezulu kweetamatato sisasaza ukugxotha kwi-cheese kunye ne-cilantro. Ukumboza ngokuchanekileyo isonka sethu sepita. Isonka se-pita esiqhotyoshelweyo sibeka efomeni elitshisiweyo. Ukufudumala isonka se-pita esisikiweyo phantsi kobushushu obuncinane phantsi kwesiqhekeza, malunga nemizuzu engama-3-4 kwicala ngalinye.
