- Inyathelo 3 Kwi-stewpan, i-ladle okanye ipoksi elincinci, uthele iikompu kunye neeshukela, uthele emanzini. Sibeka kuqala emlilweni ophelileyo, upheke imizuzu eyi-10, kwaye emva komlilo ophuzileyo kwaye upheke phantsi kwesiqhekeza kwenye imizuzu eyi-10 de ukulungele, ngezinye izikhathi udibanise.
- Inyathelo 4 Thela umququ ogqityiweyo kunye nesiraphu yeswekile eyenziwe ngexesha lokupheka, kwisitya se-blender.
- Inyathelo lesi-5 Hlanganisa imizuzwana embalwa uze ufumane i-smoothie epholileyo.
