Izithako. I-Chili, i-anyanisi eluhlaza, i-ginger kunye negalikhi kufuneka ihlulwe ibe ngama-2 alinganayo. Enye inxalenye yenziwe ngokukhawulezileyo-enqamlekileyo ngegazi, enye enye ngelixa sibeka eceleni. Kuzo zombini iilimu sisusa isantya. Ijusi ye-lime ifakwe kwisitya, sidibanisa izithako ezenziwe ngokufanelekileyo. Kulapho songeza ioli kunye ne-soy sauce. Siyixube kakuhle. Kwi-blender bowl, ulayishe inxalenye yesibini yezithako ukusuka kwisinyathelo sokuqala-anyanisi eluhlaza, i-pepper, i-ginger kunye negalikhi. Yongeza encinci (iipuniwe ezi-3) ze-soy sauce kunye ne-lime zest. Ukusebenzisa i-blender, vula yonke into ibe yindoda ehambelana nayo, ke yongeza ingxube yengulube uze uyixube kakuhle. Musa ukulibala ityuwa kunye nepepper ukuze uzonambitha. Ukususela ekugqibeleni esiyifumeneyo senza ama-meatballs. Fryballball kwioli, malunga nemizuzu emi-5 ukuya ku-6, ungayikhohlwa ukujika. Ukugqitywa kweebhola zezilwanyana kwandiswe kwiphilisi yephepha (ukuze uthathe amanoni angaphezulu), ufefe i-sauce elungiselelwe nguwe (ukususela kwisinyathelo sesine) kwaye usebenze etafileni nge-sauce efanayo. Iimpawu zezilwanyana kufuneka zidliwe zishushu, zifake kwi-sauce. Bon appetit! :)
