- Inyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela isaladi udinga i-beetroot ebilisiwe ngaphambili (ndinamaqhekeza angama-2), i-prunes, i-pickles, i-cheese echitshiweyo kunye ne-mayonnaise (mhlawumbi ekhaya).
- Inyathelo 2 Iingcingo zixutywa phezu kwamanzi abilayo kwaye ushiye imizuzu eyi-10.
- Inyathelo 3 Yinqumle i-beet ibe ngamacwecwe amancinci.
- Isinyathelo 4 Siyityulela ishizi kwi-grater enkulu.
- Inyathelo lesi-5 Msika ikhukhamba elincinci kunye neengcungcuthe.
