- Inyathelo 1 Lungiselela inyama, iqabunga le-bay, umjunipha (i-bumps).
- Isinyathelo 2 Geza uze usime ingulube, uyibeke esikhwameni sokubhaka, ubeke amaqabunga e-laurel, umjunipha kunye netyuwa elincinane apho. Iphakheji kufuneka iboshwe ngokuqinile, ngokungangoko kunokwenzeka ukukhulula umoya kuwo.
- Isinyathelo 3 Faka enye ipakethi yokutya. Vinisa nje. Faka emanzini uze upheke malunga neeyure ezingama-4 ngokushisa okuphantsi. Vumela ukupholisa.
- Isinyathelo 4 Susa inyama kwiingxowa. Ijusi edibeneyo kufuneka igcinwe, iziqholo zingasuswa. Susa inyama kwithambo uze uyiqhekeze kakuhle.
- Inyathelo 5 Beka inyama kwindawo efanelekileyo, uthele ijusi yenyama esele.
