- Inyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela le saladi kufuneka: ham, ipasta (bhetele ukuthatha isimo esihle), izaqathe, ingcambu ye-celery, i-cauliflower, i-mayonnaise.
- Inyathelo 2 iiKaroti zinqumle zibe ngamacube.
- Inyathelo 3 Ingcambu ye-Celery nayo ihlulwe kakuhle.
- Isinyathelo 4 Bilisa iidroti kunye neselriyeri kude kube yenziwe.
- Inyathelo lesi-5 Hlaba kakuhle ham.
- Inyathelo 6 Ubilise i-pasta emanzini amanzi uze uphekwe. Makhele amanzi aze angeze ii-2 tbsp. l. ioyile yemifuno.
- Inyathelo 7 Hlanganisa i-cauliflower kwi-inflorescence kwaye uyibilise ngamanzi anosawoti.
- Isinyathelo 8 Ubilisiwe izaqathe, isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi, i-pasta kunye nekholifulawa zidibene ne ham. Sizalisa i-mayonnaise.
- Inyathelo 9 Sisebenzela ukutya kwasekuseni, isidlo sasemini okanye isidlo sakusihlwa.
